We offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked cancellation and full refund policy, starting from the date of your initial purchase or subscription activation.

If you choose to cancel your subscription to Yu3 within this 15-day window, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price. No justification or reason is required for processing this refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances (Abuse Policy)

While we honor our 15-day guarantee, certain actions will void your eligibility for a refund:

Accounts used for abuse or spamming: Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, specifically those involved in spamming, illegal activities, account sharing, or any other form of malicious or abusive activity, are not eligible for any refund, regardless of the time elapsed since the purchase. Such accounts will be terminated immediately upon discovery of the violation.

Post-15-Day Cancellations:

Cancellations requested after the initial 15-day period are generally not eligible for a refund. In such cases, your access to Yu3 will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next renewal cycle.
