At Yu3, we uphold the principles of free expression while prioritizing the safety and integrity of our platform and community. Misuse of Yu3 services, including the dissemination of harmful, false, or misleading information, or attempts to manipulate our platform, is strictly against our policies. If we detect any violations, we reserve the right to limit your access, remove your content, or suspend or terminate your account. Misconduct may also breach applicable laws, potentially resulting in legal repercussions, including civil or criminal penalties. Yu3 has 0% tolerance against abuse of it's service, including, but not limited to,
- Use in phishing, spoofing, hacking, or other attempts to fraudulently gain access to someone’s information
- Distribution of malware, viruses, badware, or other types of disruptive software
- Distribution of Sexually explicit or intimate content shared without the subject’s consent
- Distribution of any content that promotes terrorism
- Bullying, harassing, or coordinated online attacks targeting individuals or groups (i.e. brigading)
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation with any people, organizations or other entities
- Content that exploits children
